Not every fighter has someone in their corner — but you can change that.

Send One is our anonymous gifting program.

When you choose to “send one,” we deliver a shirt directly to a survivor you’ve never met, someone living their own Round Two. Each package includes a note of support, letting them know that someone out there sees them and believes in their fight.

If you want to buy a shirt or hat for a survivor you already know, you can simply use our main Shop page and we’ll make sure it gets to them.

Send One is something different.

It’s meant for the people who don’t always get recognized and for the battles that aren’t always visible.

Our goal for 2026 is to send a shirt to every child in the U.S. who receives a heart transplant, and to expand even further as our community grows.

Whether you’re honoring someone you’ve lost, supporting someone from afar, or simply want to lift up a stranger, sending one is a powerful way to say:

“You matter. Keep going.”
